Strengthens the Guatemalan agricultural sector and gives impetus to new markets

After the pandemic, the AGRITRADE, Expo & Conference platform will celebrate its 20th edition in May, presenting the best exportable offer from Guatemala and the region, promoting agricultural development and increasing exports. On this occasion, recognition will be given to Agricultural Innovation and new businesses will be promoted in new market options, thus consolidating the sector as the most productive for exports. The Guatemalan agricultural sector has managed to consolidate itself, in the last year, as the first export sector in Guatemala, currently generating around 2.3 million jobs throughout the country. Among its main trading partners we can mention the United States, Canada, Honduras, Costa Rica and El Salvador, among others.
