Fapa and Biotrigo create the first Brazilian wheat to manufacture malt

Wheat is one of the most consumed cereals in the world and is present in warm bread, soft cake and crispy biscuit. Its versatility is so great that it surpasses the food industry, even serving as a raw material for the production of biofuel. With so many options, it is important to highlight that wheat is not all the same: cultivars have specific characteristics that adapt to a greater or lesser extent to different types of use.
