Brazil's fresh fruit exports reached a record-high of US$1.08 billion between January and November 2023, a 30.4% increase from the same period in 2022 and exceeding the previous annual record set in 2021. The country exported over 940 thousand tons of fresh fruits during this time, marking an 11.9% growth compared to 2022, attributed to climate challenges faced by other producing nations. This success underscores Brazil's position as a global agricultural power and its competitiveness in the international fresh fruit trade, supported by data from the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
