Algeria allowed the supply of grains and legumes to 5 Russian producers

Algeria approved the supply of six grains and legumes and their seeds from five Russian producers. The Russian Union of Grain Exporters reported this on its Telegram channel. We are talking about the Rusagro Group of Companies, as well as the companies AST from Moscow, OZK Trading from Rostov-on-Don (owned by the United Grain Company), Bio-Ton from Samara and GTCS. They received the right to export soft and durum wheat, as well as barley, beans, lentils, chickpeas and their seeds. The supplies were approved by the Algerian Grain Committee (OAIC) based on the results of an additional competitive selection. According to the legislation of the African country, import purchases are carried out within the framework of closed tenders. In this case, the conditions are sent exclusively to companies included in the short list of a special company committee responsible for selecting applications.
