The global trend in the development of broiler meat production is a combination of intensity and responsibility. On one hand, the industry strives to use resources as efficiently as possible: automation, robotization, and digital management of the breeding processes. On the other hand, there is growing attention to the quality of the products, safety, and the welfare of the poultry. This was stated by Serhiy Horlach, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the agricultural group "Pan Kurchak," in an interview with the magazine "Our Poultry Farming."
