Andalucía TRADE promotes Andalusian extra virgin olive oil in Belgium

Sales to the Belgian market grow by 55% and reach a record figure of 36 million euros from January to October 2023 Andalusia TRADE has organized an extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) tasting, in collaboration with the main hospitality schools in Belgium, the Ter Duinen of Koksijde (Flanders) and the Vives of Bruges, which took place on December 19 , at the headquarters of the Ter Duinen center; and which has included the products of three brands from Jaén and Seville present in this European market. Specifically, Andalusia exported olive oil to Belgium, in the first 10 months of 2023, worth 36 million euros, 55% more than in the same period of the previous year, to reach its historical record.
