Argentina strengthens trade relations with Indonesia

The Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture renewed the recognition granted to Argentina's official health control system. This measure, the result of joint work between the Bioeconomy Secretariat, the National Agri-Food Health and Quality Service (Senasa) and the Argentine Foreign Ministry, simplifies the export of Argentine agricultural products to that destination and reduces operating costs. The Ministry of Economy of Argentina reported that the decision of the Indonesian government to adopt Decree 214 TAHUN 2024, which extends the simplified conditions for the entry of Argentine exports, will be valid for the next 3 years, and includes grapes, apples, garlic, blueberries, wheat, corn, oranges, tangerines, soybeans, lemons and pears. 95% of Argentine exports in the sector are included in this mechanism.
