Ariel Pereda, national director of INTA, sent a message to the more than 300 workers that the National Government included in resolution 1240/2025 of the Ministry of Economy, which provided for their "transfer to availability" despite the Congress having already rejected for the first time in history a decree by delegated powers and a federal judge having issued a precautionary measure that prevented that decision.
