ARMA has announced market consultations regarding the sea terminal in the port of Odessa.

The National Agency of Ukraine for Asset Recovery and Management has initiated market consultations to select a manager for a strategic asset—the sea logistics complex of Agroterminal Logistic LLC, located in the Odessa region. This was reported by the press service of the Agency, writes APK-Inform. As noted by the agency, the asset is linked to the former owners of PrivatBank. It was seized within the framework of a criminal proceeding and transferred to the management of the Agency by the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv. The company specializes in logistics services in the agricultural sector, including the transshipment, storage, and transportation of grain crops. The assets of Agroterminal Logistic LLC constitute an integral property complex, which includes a sea transshipment and storage terminal for grain cargo with a berth, special equipment, machinery, and grain storage facilities.
