The Technical and Managerial Assistance (ATeG) service, a two-year initiative targeted at blackberry and soon-to-be raspberry producers in Machado, was introduced by Caio Oliveira, the regional manager of the Faemg / Senar / Inaes System. This program aims to expand and improve these producers' markets, with a focus on value added products like frozen fruits, sweets, juices, and pulps. Led by agronomist Fernando Lima, who starts on November 16, ATeG will provide technical and managerial support to help producers improve their planting and increase their production, which is currently at 31 tons with expectations to reach 100 tons for the current harvest. This initiative is expected to enhance productivity, income, and quality of life for these producers, in alignment with the Faemg / Senar / Inaes System's objectives.
