On November 21 and 22, 2025, in Nong Cong Commune, Thanh Hoa Province, Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the local authorities, organized the program "Providing Livelihoods for People Affected by Storms and Floods in Thanh Hoa Province 2025." 1,600 agricultural packages valued at over 3 billion VND were donated to households affected by Storm No. 10 and 11. The program aims to support Thanh Hoa farmers in quickly restoring production after the recent natural disaster, helping them stabilize their lives as many rice fields were submerged and lost. A distinctive feature of this program compared to regular support activities is the combination of providing livelihood packages (including rice seeds and fertilizers) and advanced farming technique training. Each livelihood package is valued between 1.7 to 2 million VND per household, enough for producing 1,500m² in the Dong Xuan 2025-2026 season.
