Bran/USDA: USA sells 12.7 thousand tons of the 2022/23 harvest in the week

The volume represents a significant drop compared to the previous week and 78% compared to the average of the previous four weeks. The main buyers were Guatemala (13.5 thousand t), Philippines (6.8 thousand t), Canada (6.6 thousand t), Japan (3.4 thousand t) and Oman (3 thousand t), which offset the cancellations made by El Salvador (13.1 thousand t), Honduras (6.3 thousand t), undisclosed destinations (3 thousand t), Belgium (2.5 thousand t) and Ecuador (100 t).
