During the COP30 in Belém, Pará, Agrizone (a space dedicated to sustainable agriculture) opened a panel on bioinputs and sustainable intensification, focusing on strategies for implementing and expanding the use of these technologies in the field. According to Embrapa Soja researcher Mariangela Hungria, Brazil is currently the world leader in the use of bioinputs, growing three to four times more than the global average. Nevertheless, biological products represent only 15% of the market, compared to chemicals. "There are ready-made solutions that could raise this index to 50%, but it is necessary to implement them more broadly and strategically.
