The European Commission considered this Monday that the provisional tariffs that China will impose on certain dairy products from the European Union are "unfair and unjustified," since Beijing's investigation that has led to their adoption is based on "questionable allegations and insufficient evidence." The EU's trade spokesperson, Olof Gill, explained that the EU Executive has taken note "with concern" of China's decision to impose provisional anti-subsidy tariffs, which would range between 21.9 and 42.7%, as announced by China's Ministry of Commerce.
