Canada winding down bell pepper production soon

At the moment, the greenhouse supply of bell peppers is normal for this time of year. “The supply is also comparable to last year with a slight few more around,” says Ray Mastronardi, VP of Sales, DelFrescoPure®. Right now, the supply is coming from Canada, though the season from there ends at the end of November and into the beginning of December. At the same time, Mexico, which started its production earlier than usual this year due to planting times, will continue with its season supplying bell peppers. Spain is also supplying the market.
