Changsha Tastes First! Bangladeshi Mangoes Have Arrived

On the evening of May 28, 3 tons of mangoes from Bangladesh arrived at Changsha Airport via flight. At the port's fruit inspection site, customs officers from Changsha Huanghua Airport immediately verified cargo labels, phytosanitary certificates, and other documents, conducted quarantine inspections on packaging and fruit appearance, and after finding no abnormalities, released the mangoes for clearance that same evening. This marks China's first imported batch of Bangladeshi mangoes. The person in charge of the importer, Hunan Babaili Holdings Group Co., Ltd., explained that these mangoes are a Bangladeshi geographical indication product, planned for distribution through domestic e-commerce, supermarkets, and fresh produce chain channels.
