Meat exports from India and China to the Primorsky Territory in Russia have doubled since the beginning of 2023, reaching 2300 tons and 3200 tons respectively. The Primorsky Territory has also seen a significant increase in meat imports from China and India, with 123 batches of Chinese meat weighing 3214 tons and 248 batches of Indian meat weighing 2311 tons. Brazil remains the largest meat supplier to Primorye, while other countries like Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Australia, and Japan also export meat products to the region.
