Brazilian coffee production in 2025 is estimated at 56.5 million 60-kilo bags, according to the 4th Coffee Survey 2025 released this Thursday (4). Even in a year of negative bienniality, the volume represents the third highest in the series from the National Supply Company (Conab) and exceeds the result of the previous crop by 4.3%. Conab attributes the performance to the combination of a 1.2% reduction in the production area, calculated at 1.85 million hectares, and the projected national average productivity of 30.4 bags per hectare, driven by the advancement of conilon. With less impact from bienniality, conilon reaches 20.8 million bags in 2025, considered by Conab a historical record. The agency highlights that "the regular climate favored the vigor of the plants and resulted in a high productive load." The growth is 42.1% compared to the previous year.
