Poultry feed prices in Egypt have increased due to a rise in the price of imported yellow corn, soybean products, and gluten. The high prices of these key ingredients, along with the lack of local corn and the impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, have led to unusual price increases for fodder in the market. Despite the harvests and the liberalization of the dollar exchange rate in Egypt, the current prices are not sustainable for the production capacities in factories.
