In global figures, European Union countries imported a total of 20,189 tons, increasing by 8.04% compared to the same period in 2024, while Third Countries registered a volume of 9,109 tons, that is, 12.77% more. Thus, during the first half of the year, the European Union accounted for 68.9% of cured ham exports, while 31.1% corresponds to Third Countries.
