The report by IndexBox reveals that Spain, Italy, and the Czech Republic are leading consumers of rabbit meat in the European Union, with annual consumption of 51,000 tonnes, 45,000 tonnes, and 40,000 tonnes respectively. The Czech Republic has the highest per capita consumption of rabbit meat at 3.72 kg per person. Germany, Spain, and Italy are the largest rabbit meat markets in the EU, accounting for 58% of the total market value.
