Sales prices of dairy products in Poland In the second week of November this year, dairy plants monitored within the Integrated Agricultural Market Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development sold butter in blocks for PLN 34.97/kg, which is 6% more expensive than a week earlier and 5% more than a month ago. Packaged butter was sold for PLN 37.08/kg, which is 1.5% more expensive than a week earlier and 3% more expensive than a month ago. The price of butter in blocks was 44% higher than a year ago, and packaged butter – 35%. The sales price of skimmed milk powder was PLN 11.29/kg, which was 6% higher than a week earlier and 5% higher than a month ago. Whole milk powder was sold for PLN 20.18/kg, which is 2% more expensive than a week and a month earlier. Compared to last year's prices, OMP was 3% cheaper, and PMP – 24% more expensive.
