De Heus Group expands its strategic position in Asia

On October 1st morning, in Hanoi, De Heus Royal Group signed an Agreement to Acquire 100% of the Shares of CJ Feed & Care Group, whereby De Heus will take over all business operations of CJ Feed & Care in Vietnam, Indonesia, South Korea, Cambodia, and the Philippines. This transaction marks a significant step in De Heus' long-term growth strategy, demonstrating the Group's unwavering ambition to provide safe, healthy, and affordable food sources by supporting independent livestock and aquaculture farms in key growth markets. The deal includes 17 animal feed production plants.
