Storm number 10 hit the provinces of North Central Vietnam on the evening of September 28, 2025, accompanied by heavy rain, causing severe damage to agricultural production in Ha Tinh province. Accordingly, over 800 hectares of vegetable crops, 6,523 ornamental trees, over 1,500 hectares of perennial crops, 165 hectares of annual crops, 2,470 hectares of concentrated fruit trees, and 74,400 green trees were knocked down, submerged, and damaged, with estimated losses reaching over 570 billion Vietnamese dong. In terms of livestock, 223 livestock animals and approximately 128,000 poultry died, livestock and poultry feed was damaged by 210 tons, and many farms were damaged. Fisheries are estimated to have lost around 150 billion Vietnamese dong.
