Hello, my dear LT9 readers, how are you? I want to tell you that the inspiration for this column arose, as so many times before, in a conversation that came up after our weekly tour of the lots. Pablo and I were reviewing what we had seen: a sunflower lot hit by a strong stone that had left a low stand of plants. In that context, we were evaluating applying a foliar stimulant to favor flowering and help the crop express its potential. But there was an important detail: we didn't want to keep losing plants due to the trampling of the ground crew. And there the idea arose: why not apply the product with a drone?
