During the United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP30), held in Belém (PA) from November 10 to 21, Embrapa Soja will highlight its sustainable technologies for low-carbon soybean production. The company will present initiatives aimed at reducing emissions, voluntary certification, and more resilient production systems to climate change. According to Embrapa Soja, Brazil is advancing with initiatives that combine climate transition, food security, and productivity. One of the highlights at the event is the Low Carbon Soybean Program, which develops a voluntary certification protocol to value soybeans produced with lower greenhouse gas emissions and greater climate resilience.
