The quality of the 2025 wheat harvest in Russia is higher than last year, reported Inna Zaychenko, the First Deputy Director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal Center for the Assessment of Safety and Quality of Agricultural Products" (Center for Agricultural Products) at the international conference "Modern Bread-Making - 2025" on Thursday in Moscow.
