The Tambov region in Russia has seen a significant increase in the export of milling products, with earnings exceeding $11 million from January to November of this year, a 23-fold increase compared to the same period in the previous year. The majority of the exports were wheat flour, with the largest buyers being Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Belarus. The region, which is home to 10 large and medium-sized flour mills, is a leader in flour production in the Central Federal District and is leveraging the regional project 'Export of agricultural products' to boost international cooperation and exports.
