Most pork shipments to Mexico are muscle cuts, such as legs and loins, which are used for processing and generating new products for retail markets. In Central America, there has been a 2% growth in U.S. pork exports, while beef exports have decreased, except in Honduras where there has been a 9% increase in volume and a 21% increase in value.
