Wholesale tomato prices recorded a drop in the first 15 days of September, maintaining the behavior observed in August, according to the 9th Bulletin of the Brazilian Program for the Modernization of the Horticultural Market (Prohort), released this Tuesday (23) by the National Supply Company (Conab). According to the analysis, "the average weighted quotations of the product in August were 19.86% lower than those practiced in July," even with the supply lower than the previous month.
