Exports of Russian fish products fell by 13% in the first eight months of 2024

Currently, Russian fish can be supplied to more than 70 countries worldwide, and in fact, it is exported to 51 countries. The main buyer of our fish is China, where 629 thousand tons were delivered from January to August (670 thousand tons for the same period last year) "with a slight decrease". The second buyer, the Republic of Korea, also reduced purchases of Russian fish products - to 247 thousand tons from 365 thousand tons a year ago. The Netherlands, despite the fact that the EU "is an unfriendly union", continues to buy our products (75 thousand tons in eight months of this year against 85 thousand tons last year).
