Yecheon County showcased nine high-value processed products made from locally produced scallions, rice, and apples through the 'Final Evaluation Meeting for Agricultural Food Product Recipe Development.' Regarding this, Yecheon County stated that the final evaluation meeting held at the Rural Resources Development Center in Yecheon-eup on the 3rd was the final stage of the processed product development work using Yecheon's representative agricultural specialties, scallions, rice, and apples. The meeting was an opportunity to publicly display the final prototype products that had been improved and supplemented based on consumer feedback from the intermediate evaluation meeting and the Yecheon Vitality Festival & Agricultural Products Festival.
