This year, frequent and prolonged rains have affected the pace of the harvest and the quality of the soybean crop. In late varieties, there was a longer maturation period, and the increased moisture content of the seeds complicates the threshing and drying process. "Regarding moisture: the optimal level for harvesting soybeans is 13–16%.
