The price per arroba of beef cattle rose by R$ 1.00, while that of heifers advanced by R$ 2.00. The prices of cows and the so-called "China cattle" found results in the daily comparison. The report pointed out that "the scenario was still one of a well-supplied market in most of the state, with a significant presence of cattle in confinement in the slaughter scales of the slaughterhouses and with the outflow of beef still slow." However, in some monitored markets, signs of lower availability of animals and greater attention from cattle ranchers were observed, which favored the appreciation of the arroba.
