(Yecheon=Yonhap News) Reporter Kim Sunhyung = At around 11:05 AM on the 2nd, a fire broke out at a poultry farm in Yecheon County, Gyeongbuk, and was extinguished after about three and a half hours. There were no casualties from the fire, but approximately 110,000 chickens raised at the poultry farm perished, and 0.2 hectares of forest were burned. The police and fire authorities are investigating the fire as likely caused by electrical overload and leakage, and they are looking into the exact cause of the fire. sunhyung@yna.co.kr
