Fishermen in Eskişehir are experiencing a decline in sales attributed to the recent hot weather, despite having a diverse range of fish available for sale. Ertaç Aslanbenzer, a local fisherman, highlighted that the fishing industry continues to thrive with small boats still in operation after the April 15 ban on large boats, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh fish. He also noted that fish prices have remained stable, with no increase observed, and customers can still find a variety of fish including anchovy, mackerel, sardine, sea bream, sea bass, and horse mackerel at winter prices.
