In 2024, flour milling enterprises in Bashkiria, Russia, have seen a significant increase in overseas shipments, exporting over 5.4 thousand tons of flour, a 2.7 times increase compared to the previous year. This surge contributes to the anticipated record-breaking exports of wheat flour for Russia in the current agricultural year, with already 600 thousand tons having been exported since the start of the year, notably higher than the total exports of 1 million tons recorded in 2023.
