Forbes and RBC: Rankings of the best employers in Russia – 2025

Both editions highlighted companies such as the Cherkizovo Group, "Logika moloka" (milk company), "Russkiy krab" (Russian crab), "FosAgro," and ABInBevEfes. A number of companies from the agro-industrial sector and related industries have entered the rankings of the best employers in Russia, prepared by Forbes and RBC. The new ranking of the best employers in Russia by Forbes includes 205 companies. They were divided into four groups: "Platinum," "Gold," "Silver," and "Bronze." The evaluation considered social, environmental, and management indicators: salary levels, availability of a social package and corporate training programs, participation in charitable initiatives, the presence of environmental and climate policies, spending on environmental protection, transparency principles, and compliance.
