Fruit exports from Chile reached US$ 9,460 million in the 2024/2025 season, showing an increase of 1.1%

(Agraria.pe) At the close of the 2024/2025 season (September 2024 – August 2025), Chile exported fruit for US$ 9.460 billion FOB, representing a 1.1% growth compared to the US$ 9.360 billion of the previous campaign, according to figures from the 'Fruit Bulletin, September 2025' of the Office of Agricultural Studies and Policies (ODEPA). Fresh fruit: more volume, less returnFresh fruit accounted for 70.4% of the total value, with US$ 6.650 billion FOB. However, this figure is 5.6% lower than the previous season, which equates to US$ 391 million less. In terms of volume, shipments grew by 18.4%, with an additional 467 thousand tons, reflecting a widespread drop in unit export prices.
