Gangwon Province to hold seafood special sale event in downtown Seoul

Gangwon Province recently held a "Metropolitan Seafood Special Sale" at the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Hall in Mapo District, Seoul (photo). This event, under the slogan "Gangwon Seafood Special! Fresh! Together!", saw participation from a total of eight seafood businesses, including five cooperatives and three processing companies within the province, showcasing over 40 types of clean seafood, including popular species such as octopus and squid, as well as pickled seafood and dried fish. At the event, all items were discounted by 30% to allow citizens to purchase a variety of seafood at reasonable prices, and additional discount coupons of 3,000 won were provided for purchases over 30,000 won, and 5,000 won for purchases over 50,000 won.
