Sunflower seeds in Monywa, Myanmar, have a high yield in the rainy season

A farmer in Monywa City successfully harvested over 20 baskets of sunflower seeds per acre from his rainy season crop on October 1. The high yield was achieved by planting high-yield variety seeds such as Hybrid No. 1 and Xinruijia No. 2, and by designating standard fields for trial planting to produce high-quality seeds. The crops were also protected from diseases and insect pests, resulting in a successful harvest out of the 945 acres planted, with 259 acres already harvested.
