Governor Kim met with Minister Lin Kham Douangsavanh at the Lao Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in Vientiane on the 18th to exchange opinions mainly on agricultural infrastructure construction, the phased introduction of smart agriculture, and human resource training cooperation. The two sides have been continuing agricultural exchanges since their first official meeting at the South Chungcheong Provincial Office in September last year.
