High-altitude coffee varieties from Peru dazzle in exclusive tasting in Dubai

Five specialty coffee varieties cultivated in Peru's high-altitude lands were presented to the most discerning palates in Dubai, in an exclusive cupping event organized by Roasteria, a renowned roasting firm that leads the quality coffee movement in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Export and Tourism (PromPerú). Baristas, roasters, importers, and sector specialists from the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia participated in this experience, discovering unique profiles from Cajamarca, Amazonas, Junín, and San Martín. These are coffees grown at over 2,000 meters above sea level, with notes of jasmine, chocolate, and citrus; intense aromas and perfect acidity.
