One of the key agricultural processing enterprises in the Volyn region, the Hnidynsky Sugar Plant, has started its operations, the press service of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Volyn Regional State Administration reported on September 22, writes APK-Inform. According to Yevhen Martynko, Deputy General Director for Raw Materials, this season it is planned to process sugar beet from an area of 7,300 hectares, for which corresponding contracts have been concluded with agricultural enterprises. The plant plans to process 500,000 tons of sugar beets, which is a significant indicator for the region. "The Hnidynsky Sugar Plant is actively developing, investing in the modernization of production.
