The 13th Vietnam International Cashew Conference 2024 was held in Dong Hoi City, aiming to promote the 'Vietnam's Cashews' brand and boost exports. The event, organized by the Vietnam Cashew Association and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, also sought to build sustainable relationships with the World Cashew Industry Association. In 2023, Vietnam saw a significant increase in cashew exports, reaching 645,300 tons and worth over 3.6 billion USD. China, Japan, and Korea have emerged as potential markets, with China's imports of Vietnamese cashews increasing due to their high quality and reasonable price.
