In Aktobe region, the production of non-woven materials from sheep wool has been launched.

In the region, the investment project of the limited liability company "KazFeltec" for the processing of wool and the production of non-woven materials has been completed. The production capacity of the enterprise amounts to up to 2.2 thousand tons of finished products per year, with a total processing potential of 3.5 thousand tons of wool. The total volume of invested investments reached 5.3 billion tenge. The project has been included in the Unified Industrialization Map, which underscores its strategic importance for the country's economy. As part of state support, the enterprise has been granted investment subsidies, allowing it to reduce the cost of purchased equipment and machinery by up to 30%. Modern equipment from the Italian company CORMATEX has been installed at the production site.
