In July, South Korea imported 4,406 tons of Norwegian seafood, a year-on-year increase of 31%, among which, the import volume of frozen mackerel increased by 36% year-on-year, frozen mackerel fillets increased by 73%, and fresh Atlantic salmon and fish fillets increased by 102% and 29%, respectively.
The average import price was $6.35 per kilogram, a year-on-year decrease of 14%, with import value at $360 million, a year-on-year increase of 11%.
