In Kazakhstan, an urgent problem remains the incorrectness of official statistics, in particular, on the presence of oilseeds in the country. Meanwhile, based on statistical data in the agro-industrial complex, decisions are made at the state level, on which the further development of the industry and the level of protection of the domestic market depend. “The collection of data on the availability of agricultural raw materials by central state and local executive bodies is carried out in “manual mode”, while not all interested parties (agricultural producers, storage facilities and other participants) provide information in a timely and high-quality manner, which is unacceptable in the current economic, geopolitical and climatic conditions.
