From September 1, Russia has implemented new agricultural laws that regulate animal slaughter, veterinary and sanitary examinations of meat, and the right to engage in livestock breeding without forming a legal entity. These laws also establish the concept of 'pedigree farm' for state support in agricultural development. Additionally, changes to fishing rules and the launch of a register of agricultural product producers are highlighted. Furthermore, the Saturn traceability system for pesticides and agrochemicals has started commercial operation, making registration mandatory for certain businesses.
