During the first quarter of 2024, Ukraine experienced a slight decrease in the import of frozen fish by 3.6 tons to a total of 66.2 thousand tons, despite an increase in import value by 6.6% to $122.2 million compared to the same period in 2023. The source of most imports included Iceland, the USA, and Norway, accounting for 18.9%, 18.8%, and 12.6% of the total, respectively. Additionally, the average price of frozen fish saw a minor uptick of 0.6% in March.
